Carl Leon Weber was born 29 October 1890, Ocoee, Polk County, Tennessee to Edward Weber and Adeline Carden. He trained at Camp Gordon and Camp Merritt. He died of influenza then Broncho Pneumonia at the Base Hospital at Camp Merritt in New Jersey on 4 October 1918.
He is buried at Carden Cemetery, Polk County, Tennessee.
