S/Sgt Clyde J. Davis, son of Mrs. Mae Campbell, 1608 Anderson Avenue, was has been missing in action since Aug. 15, according to official information received by his mother. He volunteered for service in 1941, and has been overseas with an armored infantry unit since August, 1943.
