Died: July 7, 1989 in Kuri City, Korea in helicopter crash
He was a UH60 Blackhawk helicopter pilot.
Entered the Army May 15, 1967, discharged May 14, 1970.  Enlisted again November 14, 1975 and served until his death.
Served in Vietnam October 15, 1967 to September 14, 1968
Served in Germany July 20, 1977 to October 30, 1979.
Served in Korea 1988 until death

Awarded: National Defense Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Good Conduct Medal

Served in Company B, 2d Battalion, 2d Aviation Regiment, Korea
