He was survived by his wife, Mrs. Ethel Lloyd and four children, Thelma, Anna Fay, Robert Ray, James Harold Lloyd of Elgin. Brothers, Laurence Lloyd, station in Germany, Hobert Lloyd of Cincinnati, sisters, Mrs. Vertie Sexton of Huntsville, Mrs. Florence Newport of California, Mrs. Flossie Harrington of Wayne, Mich., Mrs. Bertha Jeffers, Mrs. Hazel Voiles of Robbins.

He died in France and is buried in Todd Cemetery, Robbin, Scott County, TN
