PFC James T. Ingram, age 21, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Ingram, of Athens. Funeral services will be held at Beulah’s Chapel near Sweatwater. Interment will follow in church cemetery. Military honors will be under the direction of the local VFW post. Private Ingram entered service Nov. 28, 1942, and was sent overseas Sept. 16, 1943, and was serving with the ground forces of the Air Corps near Calcutta, India, when he passed away Nov. 23, 1943, after an illness of malaria fever. Survivors; parents; three sisters, Mrs. Elroy Richeson, Misses Margaret and Helen Ingram; one niece, Janet Lee Richeson, all of Athens.
