John Edward Rummel was the son of Clarence Edgar Rummel and Mae Colyer.
Private First Class Rummel was a member of B Battery, 39th Field Artillery Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in North Korea.
