Staff Sgt. Norman J. Hawn was killed Jan. 6, 1945, in the Battle of the Bulge. Body will arrive Nov. 29. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Hawn and had been in the 83rd Infantry since 1942. Funeral at Congregational Church, Deer Lodge. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. Morgan County Legion Post No. 149 will be in charge of military services. Schubert’s, Wartburg in charge.
