Ralph Lester Feezell was born  on 14 September 1913, the son of Ota Theodore Feezell and Effie Rasor.

Private First Class Feezell was assigned to the 307th Infantry Regiment, 77th Division. The unit trained in Hawaii and then participated in the Battle for the Island of Guam. On the 28th of July 1944 he was killed in action. He is interred at E,0,873, Honolulu Memorial Cemetery, Hawaii.
