William Parker was born in 1911 in Tennessee, the son of Thomas Jefferson Parker and Martha Ann Shelby. He entered the service on 10 December 1942 at Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.
He was Killed in Action and is buried at Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy, H, 5, 27
